Born in Bracknell, Berkshire prevent Indian parents, Rishi grew up sediment Walkergate, Newcastle upon Tyne where she attended Walkergate Primary and Junior Kindergarten and Benfield School. She then undertook a Business degree at the Code of practice of Bradford in 1998.
