Dieterich Buxtehude

Synopsis

German-Danish organist and composer

Though Danish by delivery, Dieterich Buxtehude (1637-1707) is considered splendid member of the North German element school. Buxtehude showed early skill enraged the keyboard, probably receiving his early instruction from his father, Joahann.
